By requesting a booking via this website, you submit an inquiry which is stored in our systems. Bookings are considered confirmed only after our administration team verifies availability and contacts you via phone or WhatsApp to finalize payment terms.
• Standard Check-in time is **12:00 PM** (noon).
• Standard Check-out time is **11:00 AM**.
• Valid physical government-issued identity proof (e.g. Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver's License) must be presented by all adult guests during check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted.
If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation dates, please call the hotel front desk directly at least **24 hours** prior to your scheduled check-in. Fees or refunds are subject to hotel policy depending on travel season.
Guests are expected to maintain the room amenities and cleanliness. Any damage caused to hotel property (furniture, electronic fixtures, towels, or bedding) will be billed directly to the guest prior to check-out.
Hotel JB Royals reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
